Brodie Horizon Media primarily delivers final photography and videography projects digitally; however, in some cases, physical products (such as printed photos, albums, USB drives, or merchandise) may be shipped to clients. This Shipping Policy explains our procedures and timelines.

 
1. Processing Time

  • Orders for physical products are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received in full.

  • Custom products (such as printed photo books or framed prints) may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

 
2. Shipping Methods

  • We ship orders using reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Shipping method and carrier will be selected based on the size, weight, and destination of the package.

 
3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or included in your invoice.

  • Rates depend on the product’s weight, dimensions, shipping destination, and chosen delivery speed.

 
4. Delivery Times

  • Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days after the order is processed.

  • Expedited shipping options are available upon request for an additional fee.

  • Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

 
5. Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

  • Clients can track their shipment using the carrier’s website.

 
6. International Shipping

  • International shipping is available for certain products.

  • Clients are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

  • Delivery times for international orders vary depending on destination and customs processing.

 
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement or file a claim with the carrier.

  • Brodie Horizon Media is not responsible for lost packages once they have been confirmed delivered by the carrier.

 
8. Digital Delivery

  • Most photography and videography projects are delivered digitally via secure online download links.

  • Digital delivery is free of charge and typically sent within the agreed project delivery timeline.
