Welcome to Brodie Horizon Media. By accessing our website, booking our services, or engaging with us in any way, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Services Provided
Brodie Horizon Media offers professional drone photography, videography, and related creative services, including but not limited to: real estate photography, event coverage, lifestyle and commercial content creation, wedding media services, sports media, and graphic design.

2. Booking & Payment
A signed service agreement or confirmation message is required to secure your booking.

A deposit may be required for certain services, with the remaining balance due by the date specified in your invoice.

Payments are accepted through secure third-party payment processors or other agreed methods.

Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of services or withholding of final deliverables.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Client Cancellations – Deposits may will non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Rescheduling – We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, but availability is not guaranteed.

Weather & Safety – For drone operations, we reserve the right to postpone or reschedule shoots if weather, airspace restrictions, or safety concerns arise.

4. Drone & Aerial Photography Compliance
We operate in compliance with all applicable FAA regulations and local laws. Certain restrictions may apply depending on the project location, including airspace limitations, permit requirements, and safety protocols.

5. Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate details about the project, including location access, timing, and special requirements.

Obtain all necessary permissions from property owners, event organizers, or individuals to be photographed or filmed.

Ensure the environment is safe for our crew and equipment.

6. Media Rights & Usage
Ownership – Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Brodie Horizon Media retains copyright ownership of all media created.

License to Client – Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final deliverables for personal or agreed commercial purposes.

Portfolio Use – We may display selected work in our portfolio, on our website, and in marketing materials unless the client requests in writing that the content remain private prior to the shoot.

7. Revisions & Delivery
Editing and post-production will be completed within a reasonable timeframe, as agreed in the service contract.

Any additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

8. Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure safe and professional service, Brodie Horizon Media is not liable for:
 

• Delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g., weather, travel disruptions, technical failures).

• Loss of data due to equipment malfunction beyond our reasonable control.

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

9. Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Brodie Horizon Media, its employees, and contractors against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the client’s breach of these terms, unlawful requests, or failure to secure permissions for filming or photography.

10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the state in which Brodie Horizon Media operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the revised effective date. Continued use of our services after updates indicates acceptance of the changes.
